4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright rules may be suspended or permanently terminated. We reserve the right to preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with legal authorities.

5. Abuse of Process

Fraudulent notices, bad-faith claims, and misuse of DMCA procedures may result in account restrictions and potential legal liability under applicable law.
